Booking is required prior to each session and this can be done online via our booking link, you can book for a session individually or several sessions in advance or a block of sessions as all the dates are listed. Payment is preferred via our online booking system and is required in advance of sessions. Adults are required to accompany children for Twiglets and Froghoppers sessions, Treecreepers sessions are designed to be drop-off, but parents can stay but please get in touch to discuss with us. Please arrive at the church promptly as we do aim to walk to the site together and lateness can leave us waiting, please get in touch if you are delayed and we will arrange to meet you at the site.

For individual sessions 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a refund of the amount paid. Should a cancellation be made with less than 48 hours’ notice the place may be transferred at the discretion of the Forest School leader. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given unfortunately no refund or transfer can be offered. Unfortunately refunds for block-booked sessions or special events sessions (e.g. Christmas/ Easter, Adults sessions) can only be provided if the space can be filled.
